User-Generated Content

- Load Data: Reloading recipes including bullet, powder, primer, brass details, and measurements (OAL, CBTO, etc.).
- Firearm Information: Names, manufacturers, models, and optional serial numbers for your inventory tracking.
- Inventory Data: Quantities, costs, and details of your reloading components and ammunition.
- Range & Training Data: Session dates, locations, shot strings, velocity measurements, drills, and performance notes.
- Match Data: Event planning details, gear checklists, and ammunition requirements.
Technical & Security Data
- Session Tokens: Encrypted tokens used to maintain your secure login state.
- Login Logs: Records of login attempts (email, timestamp, success/failure) for security monitoring and abuse prevention.
- Error Logs: Technical data (browser type, URL, stack traces) collected when the application encounters an error, to help us fix bugs. You can disable activity logging in your settings.
Payment Information
We do not store your credit card or payment method details on our servers.
- We store a Stripe Customer ID and your subscription status (e.g., "active", "past_due") in our database.
- All payment processing is handled securely and directly by Stripe.
How We Use Your Information

Your data is stored on secure PostgreSQL databases hosted by our infrastructure provider. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or until you request its deletion.

You can view all your personal data and user-generated content directly within the application.

You can download a copy of your data at any time from the Profile > Data Management section.
Deletion
You can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us via the Contact form.

You can toggle optional features like activity/error logging on or off in your user settings.
Children's Privacy
ReloadDB is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. The nature of our content relates to firearms and ammunition reloading, which requires adult supervision and compliance with local laws.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information.
